Bloor Homes started work on site in May 2015 to construct 59 new homes working for Suffolk Housing Society.

The delivery of the units has been split into five phases, with the first phase completing in October 2015 and the final phase due for completion in June 2017.

The 59 units comprise of 42 Affordable Rented units and 17 Shared Ownership units.
