Iceni’s sales management service can provide a sales input into development strategy, and into individual scheme assessment and decision making, signing off sales values, providing marketing reports and recommendations on areas such as specification.

What we do

We can develop a marketing strategy for each site to establish the appropriate marketing approach. This will include use of outlets such as Rightmove, Iceni and clients websites/ social media, possible local press, and where appropriate the Homebuy Agent portal. Iceni will liaise with the appropriate personnel within customers and Iceni, to ensure compliance with factors such as S106 restrictions, first tranche sales requirements, and liaise with agents and solicitors over property packs and sales progression.

The role will include managing external agents, coordinating with purchasers, including facilitating viewings, arranging open days, and undertaking income checks. Where applicable Iceni will ensure compliance with all Homes England requirements, and provide information needed for audit.

Iceni will manage and progress enquiries and provide applicants/ purchasers for customers approval and will agree targets for first tranche sales/ sales values with each customer and on each scheme.
